What we look for

Your values

GAIN’s projects are focused in Asia and Africa and continually evolve to meet the context on the ground. For these reasons, we look for people that can identify with our values and understand the challenging climate in which we work. Our international and multicultural environment means that employees are expected to embrace diversity and, depending on the position, be comfortable with travel. If you are dedicated, innovative, flexible and team-oriented then GAIN might be the right place to further your career.

Qualifications

GAIN’s unique business model and dynamic approach attracts a talent base of diverse backgrounds.  Our employees join us from a cross-section of society, from the private sector, international non-governmental organizations, academic and research institutions to name a few.

Whilst we look for skills and experience relevant to each position, typical qualifications may include a bachelors or masters degree in nutrition, public health, business, international relations, public policy, economics or agriculture, as well as more specific professional qualifications.

We look for people with experience and ideas. People who can work independently yet love being part of a team. People who are excited about making a valid contribution to changing one of our most pressing global concerns.
