Recruitment Process

Application Process

You will receive an automatic response to confirm the receipt of your application. GAIN aims to respond to applications within 1-2 weeks, however, due to the high volume of applications this may be after the closing date.

If you have not heard from us within 4 weeks after the closing date, please assume you have not been successful on this occasion.

Shortlisting and Interviews

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a first round Skype or telephone HR interview with a member of our resourcing team.

If you have any special requirements for your interview or tests please make them known to a member of the resourcing team at the time of being offered an interview so we can accommodate to any specific needs.

Depending on the role and requirements for the post, there may be two or more interview stages in the process, to enable us to really get to know you, and vice versa. Some of the selection tools that GAIN uses as part of the interview process include presentations, case studies or other role specific tests.

During the interview process and beyond, the HR team will stay in contact with you and help you with any questions that you may have about the interview, process, position and on-boarding.

References

We ask you to provide two referees for us to contact, ideally from current and previous employers.  Please note that we will not contact referees without prior permission. You should always check in advance that your referees are happy to be contacted before giving out their details.
