The Office Manager will lead on tasks related to facilities management and maintenance, logistics and reception functions. S/he will be responsible to manage an office move and ensure general functioning of the new office, liaise and promote good relations with building owner on all practical aspects of building maintenance.

The Office Manager will also manage health and safety policy for GAIN Geneva office and will take care of reception, logistics and will provide administrative support to the CFO.
Fluent English and French written and verbal are required.
