• Why would you like to work for GAIN? Be as specific as possible – talk about aspects that attract you to working at GAIN and one aspect of the job that particularly appeals to you and explain why.
• Why are you a good candidate for the job? Tell us how you meet the key criteria of the role you’re applying for and what you would bring to GAIN: what makes you stand out from the crowd? Talk about the skills, experience and qualifications you have, and give concrete examples.

A cover letter and other documents (such as certificates and diplomas) are not mandatory at application stage. However, we may request these at a later stage in the recruitment process.
